On April 29, 2026, at approximately 7:30 PM, a Statesboro Police Department officer conducted a license plate check through NCIC for a vehicle with the tag TFC3775. The check revealed an active warrant for the driver's arrest. The driver, later placed under arrest, was searched incident to arrest and transported to the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office.
The officer handcuffed the driver double-locked to the rear and checked for a proper fit. The driver was then placed in the rear of the marked patrol vehicle and seatbelted in.
